Canadian
watercolour artist Angela Roth McIntosh is the creator of
WorldArtTours.net.
She has her studio and gallery in Penticton. Her work is
available there as well as at Halcyon Hotsprings Resort, The Bear
Gallery in Terrace, and HarbourLight Store in Stewart. She also
has
her own line of artists notecards which are available up north and at
the Trading Post at Apex Mountain Resort, Penticton.
McIntosh loves to paint on location where ever she
goes and last year, along with local artist Nel Witteman she taught a plein
air painting workshop through the Okanagan
School of the Arts entitled "Creating a Traveling Sketchbook in Ink
and Watercolour".
McIntosh has found that often the greatest joy she has had in her life
has come from teaching young and old alike and to that end is working
to inspire others around the world to follow suit through the Artists
in ouR Town project of her website, www.WorldArtTours.net.
