Return to Sandbridge Art Group Deena
happened to paint more by good luck when her youngsters made a trip to
Opus Art Supplies and presented her with an easel, brushes, paints, and
paper and a note that said, "Merry Christmas Mom, you always wanted to
paint so go to it!".
Deena read in the North Shore morning paper that Irene Paskit was giving morning classes at Carson Graham school so off she went with her new toys and not a clue. Deena found that it was relaxing and fun. Just what she needed! When they moved to Sandbridge in 1992, Deena found all so much at her backdoor--an art group right there at Sandbridge and always an advanced painter to guide the group and to encourage better work each year. Deena remembers Rosemary Reis from Alberta and then dear Bernie who really taught the group so much and made it so much fun! Now Deena and the rest welcome Angie to their senior painting group!
